Invited Speakers

Tentative agenda

Talks will start first thing in the morning on Friday January 9, and continue through (early or mid) afternoon on Sunday January 11. There will be an evening reception on Saturday January 10.

Funding

We anticipate the availability of limited funding, especially for students, postdocs, and other junior participants. Also, please contact us if you need funding for childcare during the conference.

Abstract Submission

If you are interested in presenting a talk or poster, please submit your abstract here. Note that due to limitations of space and time, we will be able to accept only a relatively small number of talk submissions. In addition, we will in general be able to accept at most one submission per presenter (though a researcher can appear as coauthor on multiple submissions).

Registration and Travel Support

We are hammering out a couple final logistical details and will open up registration and travel support request soon. In the mean time, you can add your name to the Dynamics Days mailing list. This is a low-traffic list, and if you've attended or received news about Dynamics Days in the past, you should already be on it.

Hotel

We have reserved a block of rooms at Tucson Marriott University Park. To receive the conference rate of $164 / night, reserve a room by December 12, 2025.

Location and travel

The meeting space is in the Environment and Natural Resources 2 (ENR2) Building on the main campus of the University of Arizona (UA). The nearest parking structure is the Sixth Street Garage; the ENR2 building is adjacent and to the west of the garage.

Visitors flying to Tucson can use either Tucson International Airport (TUS) or Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX). Flights are sometimes significantly cheaper to PHX than to TUS. If you fly to PHX, Groome Transportation runs a shuttle from PHX directly to the ENR2 building where the workshop will be held (use the "University" stop). The conference hotel is a short walk away.
